p.m. The annual event is an all-day celebration in downtown Joliet. The Fantastic Fun Fair is held in the Joliet Area Historical Museum, 204 N. Ottawa St., and there also are activities in the Joliet Public Library, 150 N. Ottawa St., and several downtown businesses.
