Planners seek input on Division Street project Planners in Plainfield are hosting a “Vision for Division” Workshop, designed to secure input from area residents on the future of the Route 59 corridor,

from Main Street to Union. The strip of Route 59 has been the center of much discussion, as residents, historians and business developers argue the merits and shortcomings of such proposals as a designated business development district,

parking and traffic concerns and historic appeal. Village representatives, along with architects from Civic Artworks, will meet with residents, from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Nov, 20 at Village Hall, 24401 W. Lockport St.
