RE STANDARD ENGINEERING ENTERPRISE formally known as STANDARD ENGINEERING ENTERPRISE which is incorporated in 5th January 2007 and full operation in 1st March 2007.

1. New Equipment Installation

We have experience with new equipment installation from bungalow, commercial shoplots, factory, as well as high-rise buildings. RE STANDARD ENGINEERING ENTERPRISE provides complete sitework with competitive price and also provide the peace of mind that comes with dealing with one contractor.

2. Modernization

We are capable to execute partial and full modernization job. Dismantle existing elevator and reinstall with new elevator.

3. Testing & Commissioning

❖ Supply labour and expertise to execute testing job which includes mechanical adjustment such as Landing Doors, Lift Car Adjustment, Car-Counter Weight Balancing, Car Static Balancing, etc for meeting JKKP (DOSH) Inspection.

❖ Commissioning for rated speed (High-Speed) and also perform Full Load Drop Test.

Remark: Capability of commissioning for rated speed is subjected to certain brands of Elevator Company
