1. Speed/Productivity Tedious and slow

Faster due to the customized modules, but still requires time for assembly, input of rebar, concreting, curing and unassembly. (Minimum 4-5 days for whole process.)

2. Straightness of Wall Warping will occur if wrong thickness of Wood form used, secured wrongly, overused too many times.

Immediate, with M&E works able to come in next day after panel secured top and bottom.

3. Thickness of wall RC Walls minimum 150mm due to the rebars.

Warping will occur if moulds are kept incorrectly, need to be serviced at intervals to ensure that no warping-service downtime to be considered.

RC Walls minimum 150mm due to the rebars.

JOE Panel straightness is ensured SUPERFLAT- at <3mm per 3 mrun of wallaccording to CONQUAS and QLASSIC standard.

JOE Panel’s 75/80/90mm gives one hour fire ratings whereas 100mm provides 2 hours fire rating- allowing for more floor space while providing better Sound Transmission Coefficient (STC) and Fire Rating.

4. Finishing of wall May have Honeycomb due to insufficient or over vibration of concrete.. Smooth, need Spatterdash for tiling

May have Honeycomb. Smooth, need Spatterdash for Tiling

Superflat, and surface devoid of moulding oil commonly observed in formwork- able to directly apply tile.
