When you don’t have one, it leaves you and your team in the dark. This stage will walk you through creating a 12 month brand plan to discover your ideal clients, your program and service offerings, and determine your Big money goals. At the end of this module, you will create your signature program, and choose a successful business model for your life freedom path. In the Strategy stage of the BBB program (Jan 26 – Feb 15), we’ll tackle your strategy for achieving your desired goals and outcomes in 2015. Besides the visual branding of your business, the brand also encompasses the emotion or feelings you want your clients to experience when they view and interact with your brand. This module will help you discover how to stand out in your market, as well as how to be irresistible to your ideal clients. At the end of this module, you will have a custom Big Brand plan to implement with your team in order to launch your brand in the market in the fastest, most strategic and creative way. System can play a huge role in relieving daily business headaches, improving customer engagement, and generating more income. By the end of this module, you will have a step-by-step plan on how to create effective systems in your business. The Systems stage of the BBB program (March 9 – March29) you’ll design, create, and implement systems to assist you with tracking client leads and follow ups, creating a signature customer intake process, and making it easier for your clients/customers to pay you. In marketing you will learn why you need marketing and how it’s the heartbeat of your brand. How will the BBB be accessed and presented for learning?

Because I know how easy it is to get overwhelmed, the first week will be a learning module, week two will be a live Q&A call, and week three will be for implementation of that module. Can I get access to all my training at once?
