Tina, thanks for taking the time to chat with us today. Before we dive into what you do, tell us what your dream life looks like.

My dream life looks like traveling all over the world with a successful business team running day-to-day operations. No, I'm not there yet but working toward my dream life I asked God to get me off someone else’s job and he did that and has kept me Not where I want to be but better for the change.

That’s wonderful. Tell us about what you do and who you help.

I am a business consultant helping black women and men get visibility and set business structure so they can have success from the beginning with some key steps. I help them see their dream business and what that looks like because it starts with the mindset. I give a reality check because success is different for each business.

Also, I’m the founder of Black 2 Black Talk Show & Magazine, a platform for minority businesses to showcase their expertise and get visibility from a global network We offer sponsorships and advertisements on our platform.

What inspired you to get started?

When my son was an infant, I didn't want to get a second job I notice that I wasn't appreciated but tolerated and that's not the life I want to live for the rest of my life. My main reason is freedom and to free my brothers and sisters from the race of making others rich and retiring broke or unsatisfied

The entrepreneur's life can be full of challenges. What’s a challenge you've faced along your journey?

The challenge for me is patience with businesses and clients When I'm hired, I usually wait on clients to turn things in to do my part. So, learning to not be so ready to move.

The client will get things to me when they're ready to move forward I had to learn how to pivot even when I want things to go a certain way, but it didn't happen like I thought it would But it's all in God's hands and happen like it should.

How do you stay motivated and inspired when things don’t go as planned?

Trust the process is how I stay motivated and I surround myself with positive like-minded people every day My tagline is Bodacious Dream with Radical Faith because only you can decide your fate and of course God

How has being an introvert affected your business?

Well, I think since I have been an introvert it has been my way of life. For the majority of my life, I’ve been a loner. But business has brought me out of my comfort zone. I light up when we're talking business or helping others in business through service, tools, or any way I can help Because I'm introverted, trust is a big one for me to work through so jumping is done carefully I learn and do things on my own and I try to build a relationship with the person I will hire

How do you balance your need for solitude and alone time with the demands of running a business?

If I feel worn out, I take that needed break unapologetically. Because I realize if I'm not my best self I can't help the people I serve. I shut off everything out of my mind and relax and pick it back up when ready to tackle it again I've hired a couple of Virtual Assistants when overwhelmed

How do you handle networking, pitching, and other activities that require you to be extroverted?

Business is my secret sauce, so it brings things out of me that a normal conversation will not receive from me unless I'm truly interested. I started using software to help me practice my speech. Getting on virtual stages and my Black 2 Black talk show have helped tremendously

What strategies have you used to successfully grow your business?

My Black 2 Black Magazine and Black 2 Black Talk Show and Black 2 Black Consulting combined services have allowed me to go global and network all over the world The name seems to bring people together, and people know I am truly there to help and it's not just about money all the time. Before Black 2 Black my spirit has kept me afloat but I’m truly flourishing now.

What has been the most rewarding experience for you as an entrepreneur?

Most rewarding for me is helping the people I serve see results from the advice technique I provided Giving a platform for black business owners to be seen and not just tolerated. Being free from a job and others bossing me daily.

How do you define success for yourself and your business?

True success for me will be when I have a team running my business and I'm no longer handson but live the Dream and my purpose fulfilled 100,000 Blackowned business cash flow matches our counterpart and is successful in every aspect We're structured correctly and have a positive net worth for the life of the business linktr.ee/tnjhous3enterprise
