The Communication Network Communication Network This is constituted by Fibre Optic or RS485 or CAT5 cable network or Wi-Fi network that carries the data between the various Utility Systems and the Central Software engine, and as needed also connect disparate, distributed sub-systems of any system together A majority of the data sent to the centralized software engine will use the standard TCP/IP protocol, although individual subsystems may use mix of other protocols within themselves 8
