Introduction
Retracing the Sacred Heroic Footsteps of the Philppine Founding Fathers
This simple book humbly invites our readers to realize that the Call of God the Father for every nation to be a Holy Land, a Holy People of God did not end in the Old Testament – but continues to the present. This Call of God the Father for every nation to be a Holy Land, a Holy People of God the Founding Fathers of our Philippine Republic tried to answer. And in s most special way, the global heroes Philippine National Hero Dr. Jose Rizal and Czech Republic Patriot Dr. Ferdinand Blumentritt showed the way to fulfill this Unfulfilled Call of God the Father for a Holy Land, a Holy People. In the University of the Philippines led by President Alfredo E. Pascual, retracing the sacred heroic footsteps have begun.

The Sacred Commitment to the National Global Rizal Blumentritt Pamathalaan Academy at Daet, Camarines Norte First Rizal Monument
Led by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Assistant Secretary Corazon Davis, who is also the president of the National Union of Executive Officers of the Philippines, and Special Concerns Office Director William T. Ragos, – the sacred commitment to the National Global Rizal Blumentritt Pamathalaan Academy was done before the First Rizal Monument in the World. This First Rizal Monument paying tribute to the blood shed by Bicol martyrs in the Philippine Revolution is the only Rizal Monument in the World which does not have a Rizal figure, but instead hails the three books of Dr. Jose Rizal – the Noli Me Tangere, El Filibusterismo, and Morga’s Sucesos de las Islas Filipinas – annotated by Rizal to prove the foundation of a Filipino Civilization.

The University of the Philippines As the Rizal and Katipunan Pilgrimage Route for A Moral Sacred Philippines
The April May 2011 Pilgrimage for Rizal Blumentritt Pamathalaan Academy I conceptualized with Czech Republic Ambassadors Jaroslav Ludva and Josef Rychtar, and endorsed by Civil Service Commission Chairman Francisco T. Duque began in the University of the Philippines since this beloved University nurtures my research on Pamathalaan as: 1) Spiritually Guided or Motivated Leadership and Citizenship; 2) Sacred Prophetic Politics; and 3) Leadership by Grace, Citizenship by Grace. For this reason, I presented, together with Czech Republic Ambassador to the Philippines Josef Rychtar, the Rizal painting given to me by my late grandfather Dr. Guillermo Rustia to the new UP President Alfredo E. Pascual as an offering and consecration for his UP Presidency. Based on the contract I signed, the Rizal Painting will stay in the office of UP President Pascual during his term as UP President. Publicly I announced that our prayer and hope is for Rizal to guide the presidency of UP – which I believe, is a microcosm of the Philippines. Hence, as I publicly announced, UP President Pascual and myself will present this Rizal Painting as an offering and consecration for the 2016 successor of H. E. President Benigno Simeon Cojuangco Aquino III.

St. Pedro Calungsod – The Filipino Youth Martyr to mark The Year of Faith as a Year of Grace
On October 21, 2012 the Department of Foreign Affairs led by Secretary Albert del Rosario became God’s instrument of grace to enable me, Atty. Carlos G. Serapio and Leonilo Fajardo to participate in the Canonization Holy Mass for Blessed Pedro Calungsod and 6 others. During this Canonization Holy Mass attended by the Philippine Delegation headed by Vice – President Jejomar Binay – I offered and consecrated the Aquino Administration. In particular, I prayed for the grace to fulfill my August 1, 2011 prophetic dream of H. E. President Benigno Simeon C. Aquino III showing him dressed as a priest and distributing Holy Communion. During this Papal Holy Mass, I also turned to H. E. President Corazon C. Aquino – since my August 1, 2011 prophetic dream of her son, President Aquino III happened on the day of her death anniversary in Carmel of St. Joseph in Lucena City, Quezon Province, which nurtured me for 5 years as a Carmelite postulant and novice. Above all, Corazon C. Aquino Presidency was gifted with the grace of the First Filipino Saint Lorenzo Ruiz – when Pope John Paul II canonized Blessed Lorenzo Ruiz in the Philippines.

The gift of the Interfaith Pamitinan Pamathalaan Pilgrimage Mother For the June 10, 2012 Silver Anniversary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources
The 8 feet Statue of Interfaith Pamitinan Pamathalaan Pilgrimage Mother is originally meant for DENR Pamitinan Protected Landscape – to realize the April 1895 Holy Week Pilgrimage Covenant of Katipunan in Pamitinan Cave for Freedom with Honor and Holiness. This 8 ft. Pamitinan Pamathalaan Pilgrimage Mother, modeled after the 3 feet rock image of the Interfaith Pamathalaan Pilgrimage Mother done by the humble folk sculptor Peter Marañon and blessed by Jaro, Iloilo Archbishop Angel Lagdameo as president of the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines first travelled to Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya Mahmoud Asfour Rizal Monument Complex to honor the late Senator Benigno S. Aquino, Jr. as a Hero, joining the Circle of Heroes in the Rizal Monument Complex. The DENR Interfaith Pamitinan Pamathalaan Pilgrimage Mother guided the 2011 - 2012 Rizal and the Katipunan Pilgrimage Routes for a Moral Sacred Philippines led by the University of the Philippines and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.

Pambansang Panalangin sa Pagsasakatuparan Panata ni Rizal at ng Katipunan Sa Puri at Kabanalan ng Lahing Pilipino (National Prayer to Fulfill The Covenant of Rizal and Katipunan For the Honor and Holiness of the Filipino Race)
This National Prayer I composed for the Multi-Sectoral AntiCorruption Council or MSACC as initiated by the Office of the Ombudsman is now adopted by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources; and as read by Secretary Ramon J. Paje is a radiant sign to fulfill every word of this Prayer as written at the back of the picture of the DENR Interfaith Pamitinan Pamathalaan Pilgrimage Mother. As this National Prayer consecrates Leaders, Citizens, and Communities in the pilgrimage to the DENR regions of the country, as organized by the DENR Employess Union, headed by Atty. Camilo D. Garcia – based on the suggestion of Secretary Ramon J.P. Paje; the Philippines is assured of transforming and unifying graces – to lead Nations of the World regarding the Call of God the Father to be a Holy Land, a Holy People of God.

The Philippines as the Pamathalaan Pilgrimage Country of Grace
This book launched in Litomerice City, Czech Republic – the City of Rizal and Blumentritt – for the Europe Regional Assembly of the International Order of the Knights of Rizal then headed by Sir Virgilio Esguerra, brings together the hopes and possibilities regarding my historic prophetic dreams of the Philippine Presidents – beginning with President Ferdinand Marcos up to President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. My prophetic dream of President Benigno Simeon Cojuangco Aquino III on August 1, 2011 showing President Aquino III wearing the vestment of a priest and distributing Holy Communion is for me a sign to fulfill the role of President Aquino III to be the instrument of Grace and Divine Intervention to enable the sacred coming together or Katipunan of the Philippine Presidents from Marcos to Arroyo; since my President Aquino III dream happened on August 1 – death anniversary of President Cory Aquino in Carmel of St. Joseph, Lucena City, Quezon Province – which nurtured me for 5 years as a Carmelite postulant and novice.

The Crown of Grace on the Globe Held by the Interfaith Pamathalaan Pilgrimage Mother
Inspired by St. Therese of the Child Jesus – the source of Pamathalaan as Leadership by Grace, Citizenship by Grace and my August 1, 2011 Aquino III prophetic dream, I requested the Crown of Grace during the October 4, 2012 Proclamation in Fuji City, Japan of the Philippines as the 5th Israel or the Holy Land to take care of the World. So on October 22, 2012 – a day after the Canonization of the Filipino Youth Martyr Pedro Calungsod – in the Philippine Embassy to the Vatican – Ambassador Mercedes A. Tuason finally placed the Crown of Grace on the globe held by the Interfaith Pamathalaan Pilgrimage Mother – Patroness of my University of the Philippines Students Campaign for “Banal na Halalan 2013 Para sa Bagong Henerasyon (Sacred Election 2013 For the New Generation) through Pamathalaan as Leadership by Grace, Citizenship by Grace as invoked in the DENR National Prayer. Atty. Carlos G. Serapio assisted the good Ambassador Tuason in the Crowning, since he represents Executive Secretary Paquito N. Ochoa, Jr. who took care of the Interfaith Pamathalaan Pilgrimage Mother in his Extension Office at the Mabini Hall, Malacanang. Leonilo Fajardo represents the youth from the sacred ancestral and heroic spiritual groups believing in the prophetic Pamathalaan. 18

St Therese of the Child Jesus, Rizal, and Blumentritt
These three world figures – French Saint Therese of the Child Jesus, Philippine National Hero Dr. Jose Rizal, and Czech Republic Patriot Dr. Ferdinand Blumentritt – shape my national and international special events to realize The National Global Rizal Blumentritt Pamathalaan Academy for Spirituality in Education, Governance, Development, and Diplomacy In particular, St. Therese of the Child Jesus – Patroness of the Mission and declared Doctor of the Church by Pope John Paul II in terms of her Little Way or “Spiritual Childhood” called me to my Carmelite vocation and the humble sacred spaces dedicated to Rizal and the Blessed Virgin Mary as the guardians of Pamathalaan as Sacred Prophetic Politics – as documented in my University of the Philippines Ph.D. dissertation published as Pamathalaan: Ang Pagbubukas sa Tipan ng Mahal na Ina or Sacred Prophetic Politics: The Unfolding of the Covenant with the Great Mother.

H. E. President Benigno Simeon C. Aquino III As Knight of Rizal Spiritual Leader
Providentially, on February 17, 2011 the day commemorating the Martyrdom of Fathers Gomez, Burgos, and Zamora or GOMBURZA – H. E. President Benigno Simeon Cojuangco Aquino III accepted the invitation of the International Order of the Knights of Rizal to be a member of this International Order created by law. By the grace of God, President Aquino III received the Knight Grand Cross of Rizal from Atty. Pablo Trillana III, Supreme Commander whose life, works, and example exemplifies the Leadership by Grace of Dr. Jose Rizal. Above all, Supreme Commander Pablo Trillana III believes in restoring the central role of Spirituality in defining and shaping the National Agenda.

The Philippines as the 5th Israel or Holy Land Proclamation in Fuji City, Japan
The October 4, 2012 Proclamation in Japan of the Philippines as the 5th Israel or the Holy Land to take care of the World served as a predeparture event for our October 20 - 26, 2012 Rome Abu Dhabi Pamathalaan Event with the Department of Foreign Affairs to celebrate the October 21, 2012 Canonization of the Filipino Youth Martyr Pedro Calungsod. It also marked my pilgrimage to Japan as a Rizal Covenant Country; hence, before the sacred majestic Mount Fuji, I offered all my pilgrimage steps in various Rizal Covenant Countries – to fulfill the Philippines prophetic destiny to be a light to the World – as validated by the 1896 Philippine Revolution – the First Revolution in Asia; the 1986 EDSA Philippine People Power Revolution – the bloodless revolution which influenced revolutions in the World; and the 2012 – 2013 National Global Rizal Blumentritt Pamathalaan Academy to institutionalize the gains of the Philippine Spiritual History.

The Rizal Blumentritt Pamathalaan Academy In Dapitan City – Exile City of Dr. Jose Rizal and Dr. Ferdinand Blumentritt
Dapitan City, Zamboanga del Norte is the sister city of Litomerice City, Czech Republic to immortalize the friendship of Dr. Jose Rizal and Dr. Ferdinand Blumentritt – and as the reminder to establish the National Global Rizal Blumentritt Pamathalaan Academy – to fulfill the dream of Rizal to have a school or an academy headed by Dr. Ferdinand Blumentritt. Rizal’s 4 years of exile in Dapitan was his most productive creative years; since he did not allow bitterness to guide his life. On the contrary, Rizal’s sacred footsteps in Dapitan manifest the Sacred Wisdom of the Race – which Rizal believes is the foundation of the Filipino Civilization.

The Rizal Blumentritt Pamathalaan Academy in Abu Dhabi
The concept of National Global Rizal Blumentritt Pamathalaan Academy initiated in Dapitan City, Zamboanga del Norte by Czech Republic Ambassador to the Philippines Jaroslav Ludva and Litomerice City, Czech Republic Mayor Ladislav Chlupac continues in Abu Dhabi through Czech Republic Ambassador Jaroslav Ludva and Philippine Ambassador Grace Princesa. It is our hope and prayer that the National and Global Rizal Blumentritt Pamathalaan Academy in the Philippine Embassies will be the defining Legacy of Secretary Albert del Rosario in the Department of Foreign Affairs. In this way, he can initiate and institutionalize Spiritual Diplomacy in the United Nations through the Aquino Administration.

The University of the Philippines Marker at the historic Barasoain Church
The University of the Philippines Marker at the historic Barasoain Church – seat of the Malolos Congress – highlights the prophetic role of the University of the Philippines in recovering the moral sacred foundations of Nationhood, of Civilization – through a Congress and Senate Bill to establish The National Global Rizal Blumentritt Pamathalaan Academy.

The Year of Faith
The April 2, 2012 UP DENR Holy Week Pilgrimage to bring about the healing of wounds incurred by history proved to be an experience of grace when Congress Deputy Secretary General Grace Andres who is also Speaker Feliciano Belmonte, Jr. Chief of Staff offered to University of the Philippines President Alfredo E. Pascual the sacred soil of Reconciliation and Unity at the Barasoain Church – seat of the Malolos Congress. The Patroness of the Barasoain Church is the prophetic Our Lady of Mount Carmel. The University of the Philippines in Diliman, Quezon City happens to honor and nurture Dr. Jose Rizal as Father of the Nation, Supremo Andres Bonifacio as the Father of the Revolution, and President Emilio Aguinaldo as the Father of the Philippine Republic. Through the UP Diliman structures establishing the moral, sacred foundation of our Philippine Republic – the vision is to transform the University of the Philippines as a pilgrimage heritage site for Pamathalaan as Leadership by Grace, Citizenship by Grace.

XIV The Year of Grace The Year of Faith Year of Grace will be completed in the Philippines as we reflect on the graces I experienced in solidarity with the Morales Family guided by Rafael and Natalia Maria Lourdes whose devotion to Our Lady of Guadalupe inspired them to have a grotto built and blessed on a February 11 Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes birthday of Natalia Maria Lourdes. When Natalia Maria Lourdes suffered a stroke leading to coma for the past 5 years, the Morales Family Grotto of Our Lady of Guadalupe remains to be my hope for the healing of Natalia Maria Lourdes – since Our Lady of Guadalupe, the secondary Patroness of the Philippines, wishes to grant healing for patients in the Philippines like Natalia Maria Lourdes as the miracle of grace for nations of the world. This is so because the Morales Family Lady of Guadalupe Grotto inspired me to go to Iloilo to look for a humble possibly unknown sculptor who will do the 3 ft. rock image of the Interfaith Pamathalaan Pilgrimage Mother, based on the Virgin of the Globe Virgin Most Powerful I received through the intervention of St. Therese of the Child Jesus from Filipino American families in USA during my USA Europe Pilgrimage for the Filipino Earth Charter Pamathalaan Dambana ng Bayan. As Providence would have it, Jaro, Iloilo Archbishop Angel Lagdameo became my co-passenger in the plane I boarded for Iloilo to fetch the 3 ft. rock image of the Interfaith Pamathalaan Pilgrimage Mother done by the humble folk sculptor Peter Maraùon. Hence, Archbishop Angel Lagdameo as president of the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines blessed the Iloilo Pamathalaan Blessed Mother. The Iloilo Interfaith Pamathalaan Pilgrimage Mother becomes the Visayan contribution to complete the Luzon Civil Service Commission Montejo Pamathalaan Park and the Mindanao Davao City Magsaysay Park Pamathalaan Marker done by National Artist Napoleon V. Abueva. 34
XV Every Filipino as a crown of grace, a saint and hero Cardinal Luis Antonio G. Tagle provides a model for the Filipino as a crown of grace, a hero and saint. The basis of this faith and confidence of mine is my July 22, 2012 dream of then Archbishop Luis G. Tagle as he blesses known and unknown leaders of local government units. The meaning of this July 22 dream of mine becomes more complete when this dream is related to the July 20, 2012 (Feast of the prophet St. Elias, after whom I was named in the Lucena Carmel of St. Joseph as a novice) Welcome of the Interfaith Pamathalaan Pilgrimage Mother in the Commission on Elections by Chairman Sixto S. Brillantes and Commissioner Rene V. Sarmiento to launch “Election as Pamamathala or Panata sa Puri at Kabanalan ng Lahing Pilipino” – the basis of “Banal na Halalan 2013 Para sa Bagong Henerasyon” or Sacred Election 2013 For the New Generation – the video of my UP students taken at Plaza Roma fronting the Manila Cathedral and the Commission on Elections. Without doubt, the prophetic leadership of Cardinal Tagle in the Philippine Church will answer the cry of our compatriots reverberating through the years in the hidden mountains, the open plains, the mysterious seasides, and even in modern cities. This cry is a cry for Pamathalaan – an inspired term contributed by Marius Diaz to be the title of my book Pamathalaan: Ang Pagbubukas sa Tipan ng Mahal na Ina (Sacred Prophetic Politics: The Unfolding of the Covenant with the Great Mother). According to Marius Diaz, Pamathalaan captures the essence of Spiritual Government or Govierno Espiritual as nurtured with pilgrimage prayers and sacrifices through the years by the sacred ancestral heroic spiritual brotherhoods, more known as Kapatiran. 36
Conclusion
Fulfilling the Rizal Prophecy, The Fatima Prophecy As the Nation undertakes the Campaign for “Banal na Halalan 2013 Para sa Bagong Henerasyon” or Sacred Election 2013 For the New Generation, guided by the Interfaith Pamathalaan Pilgrimage Mother in the Philippine Embassy to the Vatican and the DENR Pamitinan Pamathalaan Pilgrimage Mother, I am reminded of my Andres Bonifacio Martyrdom May 10, 2010 prophetic dream of then Senator Mar Roxas as he led me through difficult dangerous, even untrodden mysterious paths so that I can reach my destination. Looking back, now I am confident that Mar Roxas as Secretary of the Department of Interior and Local Government whose First Secretary is Supremo Andres Bonifacio, can help honor and nurture the humble Pamathalaan Kapatiran spiritual groups in every local government of our Beloved Philippines – so finally, on May 13, 2013 Elections which happens to be the Feast of Our Lady of Fatima and also the birthday of DILG Secretary Mar Roxas – the Rizal and Katipunan descendants who persevere through the years to pray and sacrifice for Pamathalaan – will finally take the center stage in Philippine History. When this happens, then Secretary Mar Roxas can perhaps join our beloved President Benigno Simeon C. Aquino III in fetching the Interfaith Pamathalaan Pilgrimage Mother in the Philippine Embassy to the Vatican – since this Blessed Virgin in the end has the promise to fulfill the Rizal Prophecy, the Fatima Prophecy.
