LOCATION
The rally will be held in Kato Gatzea,Pelion Kato Gatzea is a pretty quiet fishing village on the west side of the Pelion peninsula, surrounded by immense large olive groves. It lies approximately 15km from the regional capital city of Volos and only a few kilometers away from some of the most famous mountain villages of Pelion such as Pinakates, Vizitsa and Milies. The small seaside village has recently developed into a tourist resort attracting tourists throughout the year but mainly during summer. Kato Gatzea is an attractive little village with stone houses with beautiful courtyards and a small but picturesque harbor. It has a narrow but long beach area consisting of a combination of sand and small pebbles. Although the beach itself is not overwhelming you come here for the typical Greek atmosphere, the quietness and the beautiful surroundings.
Along the waterfront, you can find some seafood taverns, overlooking the tranquil harbor and some traditional hostels to choose from. The taverns serve the local "tsipouro" (a kind of distillate) with the corresponding fish snacks.

Around Pelion suggestions
SInce you will staying in the area we would like to suggest you these attractions!
Pelion Moutzouris Steam Train
The legendary old steam train of Pelion is popularly known as Moutzouris (smudgy). This train started working in the late 19th century and played a key role in the development of Pelion and the overall region of Thessaly. After it was abandoned in the years that followed the Second World War, a few years ago this train started working again, connection some villages of the area
Pelion Centaur's path
Centaur’s Path in Portaria village is a hidden gem in Pelion, definitely worth visiting. According to Greek Mythology, Centaurs were hybrid beasts (half humans and half horses) that used to live on Mount Pelion. In Ancient Greek Literature they are related to all the negative natural phenomena, such as sudden climate changes or any unexpected weather conditions. They are depicted as lunatic, impulsive creatures and they are usually accused of causing many destructions to humans.
By following Centaur’s Path, you have the chance to admire some of the most impressive sights of the area, let alone the splendid nature that makes this place look like a paradise on Earth! It is divided into two parts. The first one leads to the center of the village, while the second one guides you to its exit. The path is marked with red circles on stones, so as not to deviate from it. There is also a fountain with drinking water and some benches for you to rest before continuing your journey.

Maybe the oldest Royal Enfield owners club photo in the world?
"1914 Royal Enfield 424cc and the Swedish Motor Bicycle Club The model as such became popular in the country as early as the 1910s, first in Stockholm and the surrounding area, not least because it became so common within the 1913 newly started Swedish Motor Bicycle Club (SMCK), but then also outside the capital. Within SMCK, two competing teams were soon formed in the road races of the time, one equipped with such English Royal Enfield machines, the other with German Wanderer bikes. There were of course other brands, not least American, but these two brands dominated at the beginning of the club's operations. The Enfield team set up in 1914.The owners at the photo where Lieutenant Patrick Welin, Lieutenant Nils Kindberg, Lieutenant R. Johnsson, technologist Gunnar Enderlein, Gunnar Levin, Gunnar Andersson and Gustaf Blom."
