Packaging optimized to your needs We can package our products in different ways. Together with you, we will see which option gives the best protection during transport, at the most attractive price. Here you can see the four most common packaging solutions.
Product in trays on pallets
The product can be packed by 6 or 9 items on a tray. The tray is sealed for protection. Because of the small packaging it is easy to handle and easy to use for smaller use, like florists. And at the same time the trays provide sufficient protection and stability.

Packaging solutions Product loose on Euro pallets
Some ceramic items are packaged on Euro pallets, the most standard pallet across Europe. In order to reduce the risk of damage and to strengthen the pallet, the articles are separated by cardboard. The maximum height of an Euro Pallet is approx 210 cm.

Product loose on Export pallets
It’s also possible to package the products loose on export pallets. These pallets have been treated according to the guidelines of ISPM 15. This happens particularly on products, like ceramic, which are intended for outside Europe, that the load can be sent as efficiently and safely as possible by sea freight. An Export Pallet normaly has the same maximum height as an Euro pallet, but to fill the container to his maximum, we make double stacked pallets with a height around 132 - 133 cm. In order to reduce the risk of damage and to strengthen the pallet, the articles are separated by cardboard.

Packaging solutions Product loose on Show pallets
The products can also be packaged on show pallets. In this way, the items are also placed loose on the pallets, but there’s cardboard around it with a cut-out in the middle. In addition, the show packaging with small amounts is directly ready to sell in garden centers, shops and supermarkets. The show palette is available in 2 sizes, 60 x 80 cm and 80 x 80 cm. The cardboard can be printed with the design you want and also reduces the risk of damage. The Show Pallet is a nice and easy way to show products.

The product can be packed by 6 or 9 items on a tray. The tray is sealed for protection. Because of the small packaging it is easy to handle. They are also easy to use for smaller use, like wholesalers and florists. It is possible to make a mixed color tray or just all the same color. The low price makes the cardboard tray an attractive solution for your packaging.

It is also possible to put labels with barcodes and other information on the pots. Together with you, we can find which option is the best for your product.
