KEY & EXIT POINTS There will be a fixed build JCT Contract in place with Eye Construction who have good track record of building similar projects. We have 25-year lease agreement with Smart Choice Hotel (who are a part of Chilly Hotel Group) and are building the hotel to their specifications. The Residential Units will be completed to a good specification. Hotel Primary Exit During the construction we will endeavor to sell the hotel with the benefit of the lease.
Residential Primary Exit During the construction we will sell the residential units through our existing overseas channels.
Secondary Exit Any units (including the hotel) that we are unable to sell we plan to retain and refinance on a BTL / Investment Loan.
