Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) 46,000 sf Completed in 2006 The project was created for an international firm which was in a growth phase. It consisted of 40,000 s.f. of office space, a 6,000 s.f. data center, video conference rooms and a large community room. The floor plate was 40,000. s.f. of space which was designed as two separate buildings and linked by only the reception area. The challenge was we needed to create a stronger connection between the two halves so it still felt like one company.
