Burnley Football Club’s public party nights are held in the James Hargreaves Executive Suite with a capacity of 550 guests. The suite boasts a large dance floor, stage area, two large bars and views over Turf Moor. The suite has full disabled access. All our Christmas party nights include a delicious three course meal plus tea and coffee, live singer throughout the meal, live band and disco until late. During your Christmas meal, NK entertainment provide the backdrop with the acclaimed voice of Kevin Edmond. Kevin sings a wide range of classic songs including Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra and Michael Buble, blended seamlessly with modern tracks from Take That, Bruno Mars and much more. Arrival for 6.45pm and food served at 7.15pm (except for match days – please arrive for 7.30pm)

With no room hire to pay it’s simply a case of deciding which menu you prefer. The Neville Gee 1882 lounge can host up to 150 guests for a sit down meal or 200 for a buffet. Burnley Football Club will hold your provisional booking for a period of fourteen days after which a deposit of ÂŁ10 per person is required. Deposits can be paid by cheque, credit/debit card or in cash. For private parties in the Dr Iven Suite and 1882 Lounge we require a ÂŁ500 deposit. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Final Payment
Full payment for the Christmas parties is due by Friday 13th November 2015. No monies can be refunded after this date. In the instance of an increase in numbers after this date all monies must be paid in full.

Special Diets Any special dietary requirements will be catered for; these must be ordered in advance preferably at the time of booking.

Any match or fixture that is scheduled or re arranged to be played at Turf Moor on the day of your function will in that eventuality take precedence.

For bookings in the James Hargreaves Suite, those parties booking first will be situated closer to the dance floor unless they indicate otherwise.
Cancellation of Booking
We have extensive on site car parking and cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage to your vehicle whilst on the premises.
If you wish to increase your numbers, we cannot guarantee that this is possible; however every effort will be made to accommodate additional guests.
