First meeting: we discuss your vision and scope, defining key goals to provide solutions.

A layout plan is developed and equipment solutions presented with initial costings.

Your feedback is then incorporated into a detailed design.

Project Management Burns & Ferrall provide a complete Project Management service covering the following key stages: •

Pre-start meeting attendance with site measures and readiness checks.

The plan and quote are finalised with construction drawings issued.

Distribution of equipment specification sheets and/or producer statements for incorporation into consent process & architectural designs.

Your design is brought to life in 3D imagery using Revit software.

Onsite management of equipment delivery and installation, ensuring a seamless integration of all Burns & Ferrall supplied equipment, stainless and joinery components.

Full sign-off process and hand-over ensuring quality workmanship, and client satisfaction.

Recent Projects Metlifecare, Fairway Gardens, Auckland An Urban Village Fairway Gardens aim to facilitate a highquality community focused village which promotes activities, wellness and social interaction. The main building with its reception and common amenities will be the heart of the village, centrally located and right on the golf course edge. It boasts stunning views for all, with late

afternoon sun in the bar, café and outdoor lounge areas.

The first of these is to be delivered July 2021.

Fairway gardens is one of 5 sites that Burns and Ferrall are currently designing for MetlifeCare. These include full Revit 3D layouts of the café, bar and kitchen areas. We have been able to test our skills on these projects with Bim modeling and working inside the models.

Recent Projects Richmond Club, Christchurch The Richmond Club is located at 7 London Street in Richmond, Christchurch. This is a 7-day operation offering lunch & dinner and opening 11am until late. The Club has been part of the community for many years and provided several facilities prior to the devastating Christchurch earthquakes.

There was a need to identify the level of catering that could be possible revenue flow for the new hospitality, sporting, social and meeting areas. This directly impacted on the space allocated for the main kitchen and the equipment & stainless-steel benching within this key working zone and its surroundings

The Bar, Gaming Room, TAB Pod & Bistro are all open offering excellent value meals, drinks and entertainment. Thanks to the post-quake rebuild, the Richmond Club now offers members and guests fresh new facilities to relax and enjoy in a safe and friendly environment.

Project Partners HoodMaster™ is a New Zealand owned and operated leading manufacturer of low velocity commercial kitchen range hoods. Our products are 100% New Zealand Made with all of our standard components sourced from local businesses. Our engineers have over 30 years combined experience, in the design and manufacture of low velocity type hoods to the highest European specifications; The German standard VDI2052 and the British specification DW172:2018. Our air flow calculations are derived from CIBSE Guide B2, meaning energy savings of up to 50% compared to conventional hoods manufactured throughout New Zealand

Ingenuity and individuality have always been highly prized, especially where design is concerned. But in an industry centred around mass production, the ability to be diverse is even more valuable. Established in 1984, Staybrite Stainless Fabricators has discovered a niche in the stainless fabrication industry making bespoke stainless products. These include commercial kitchens and range hoods, residential kitchens, pharmaceutical laboratories, hand railing, wall protection, tanks, tables, rectangular hollow section (RHS) framework and architectural stainless steel work, flashings and veterinary science. General Manager Michael Peake prides himself on the workmanship and the personal approach his team brings to the benchtop. Most of the staff have been with company in excess of 15 years, with some up to 30 years. We see our customers and staff as integral to the future of the company and we intend to keep looking after both. The best advertising is the work that we do which has meant that we have clients that have been with us since 1984. Sounds too easy!
