Supplies needed: Grill Cleaning Pad Heat-Resistant Gloves Clean, Sanitiser-Soaked Cloth
BEFORE CLEANING • Cover and remove any exposed products/raw ingredients from the grill area. • Turn grill to 120°C and allow to cool to this temperature (approximately 20 minutes). Leave toaster cover open.

WARNING: Applying Grill & Toaster Cleaner to the grill at a high temperature may cause the grill to smoke and trigger fire alarms. Remove all loose soil with a Turn off power to meat slicer. ENSURE MESH GLOVE IS WORN Set blade control to zero; brush. when handling slicer. leave blade guard in place until ready to clean.
Spray grease solution directly onto the toaster surface. Use the sprayer as a mist. NOTE: This is estimated to be 6 sprays to the top and bottom of the toaster.
Dismantle slicer. Wash all items in the sink.

Use the Grill Cleaning Pad to distribute the product evenly over the top and bottom surface.
Allow product to sit for 2 minutes.

Wash all fixed slicer surfaces with a clean, sanitised cloth using detergent.
Rinse all surfaces using fresh water and a clean cloth.
Assemble slicer parts, apply sanitiser solution to all surfaces. DO NOT OVER WET.
Allow to air dry - do not wipe.

4 Scrub the upper and lower platens with the Grill Cleaning Pad in a circular motion until soil liquefies.

Thoroughly rinse both upper and lower platens with clean, sanitiser-soaked cloths. Change rinse water as it becomes visibly soiled. Repeat until no residual cleaner remains. AUS NZ FIJI

Empty drip tray into mop sink; then, wash, rinse, and replace. Use Glass & Multi-Surface Cleaner and a clean, cloth to wipe sides and top of toaster.
