We’re serious about sustainability Reward Hospitality believes every business has a responsibility to positively impact each other, our communities, and the environment.
IN 2004 the ECF Group, encompassing Reward Hospitality Asia Pacific, signed the UN Global Compact Agreement signifying our global commitment to an environment first approach. This has been maintained to this day with four focus areas we’re actively committed to.

Reduce our ecological footprint and promote environmental protection • We assist our parent company ECF Group with an active initiative to support reforestation • Our head office located at Yatala, Queensland is a 5 Green Star certified building • We are reducing the environmental impact of our packaging by incorporating recyclable and environmentally friendly alternatives • We have implemented programs across our warehouses to ensure we are recycling logistic and transportation waste at every possible opportunity • In 2021, we became a Member of APCO, the Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation, who are leading the development of a circular economy and facilitating the delivery of Australia’s 2023 national packaging targets

Deliver a functional poolside bar solution equipped with high-quality equipment and on-theme crockery and drinkware.
Hyatt Regency Hibiscus Room, Brisbane
Formally Lennon’s Hotel, Hyatt Regency commenced renovations on the iconic Brisbane location in 2021. Their venue, The Hibiscus Room, is a poolside bar featuring 70s and 80s inspired décor with a new and improved menu to match.
Working with Hyatt Regency, Reward Hospitality sourced and installed all undercounter equipment, hanging glass racks, tableware and drinkware, ensuring the 70s and 80s theme was delivered in all possible aspects.
Perched above Brisbane’s Queen Street Mall sits The Hyatt Regency’s Hibiscus Room. Featuring ample seating around an infinity pool. This poolside function area pairs exceptional dining and delicious cocktails, all whilst enjoying views of the Brisbane city skyline.
The poolside space was transformed into The Hibiscus Room, donning a visually stunning nostalgic theme of retro fittings, with colourful coral and green hues.

Design, fit-out & project manage 5 x fivestar retirement living hospitality facilities for Metlifecare Group.
Deliver a five-star innovative and sustainable solution for all kitchen, bar and food service areas.
Fairway Gardens Retirement Village, Auckland
The first location at Pakuranga Golf Course, Auckland was successfully completed on time and to budget in July 2021.
Working with Metlifecare to ensure their vision and requirements were realised, Reward Hospitality selected and installed all furniture, fixtures and equipment required to create a visually stunning and efficient facility.
The project included state-of-the-art facilities of the on-site café, bar and kitchen areas. The remaining four sites are on track and will set a new standard in retirement living.
Each space was designed with sustainability in mind, such as the materials used and water efficiency, to ensure a Green Star rating.
Fairway Gardens is a retirement living community designed with a focus on promoting active lifestyles, wellness and social interactions among residents. Featuring apartments with top quality facilities, Fairway Gardens delivers five-star resort living with a large pool, gym, hairdresser, library, spa, and more. This innovative aged care concept is a collaboration between Ignite Architects, Boffa Miskell and Reward Hospitality.

Design and fit-out a brand new stateof-the-art cafeteria equipped with hot and cold food displays, coffee machines, and a functional and cohesive service area.
Deliver a functional high volume, high turnover facility that is modern, clean and equipped with quality equipment and display cabinets.
The renovation had to deliver the ability to clearly display a range of hot and cold food options, with a specific focus on allowing student and faculty members to browse the cafeteria’s new healthy eating options, in time for the new academic year.
Working with Chartwells, Reward Hospitality removed all existing equipment and fixtures to make way for new replacements. We project managed the manufacturing and installation of all new stainless steel framework, coordinated the installation of new purpose-driven electrical outlets and sourced and installed all benchtop and heavy equipment.

St John’s Anglican College, Brisbane With over 1100 students, St John’s Anglican College is a Kindergarten to Year 12 co-educational school located at Forest Lake, Brisbane. St John’s has three separate sub-schools and a Kindergarten, offering seamless education for children across Kindergarten, Junior (prep - year 6), Middle (year 7 - year 9) and Senior (year 10 - year 12).

The Marriott Hotel Group embarked on international expansion opening almost 100 hotels around the world in 2021. The endeavour included the highly anticipated Marriott Hotel Docklands, located in Melbourne.
Source and provision quality products for guest accommodation, bathrooms, janitorial and house keeping services.

The five-star hotel required full fit-out and provisioning for their grand opening with all aspects of the project carefully considered to meet the company’s high level of service and guest comfort standards.
Tableware and decor was also required for the numerous dining outlets with specific designs allocated for each location. High-quality glassware was sourced for the lobby and pool bar with special attention to detail for the ultra exclusive M Club Executive Lounge and outdoor terrace.
When it comes to five-star accommodation in Melbourne, Marriott Docklands is one of a kind. Boasting dining with panache, intuitive service, and everything that screams luxury, this venue is outstanding. Nestled in the entertainment precinct of Melbourne, this 189 room hotel showcases a rooftop infinity pool with panoramic views and architectural design drawing inspiration from the contours of yachts in the harbour. Working with the General Manager, Operations Manager, Functions Manager and Executive Chef, Reward Hospitality provisioned and fitted-out a variety of spaces within the hotel. These spaces included guest bedrooms, bathrooms and executive lounges, as well as numerous kitchen and dining areas.

In collaboration with TEEG, consult and assist in the re-design of four Zone Bowling refurbishment projects in Robina (QLD), Surfers Paradise (QLD), Dee Why (NSW) and Illawarra (NSW).
Deliver a cohesive, functional and efficient food service capability within the venue. Taking into consideration the menu, select, source and install a range of equipment that will allow efficient and costfriendly preparation and delivery of the brand new food menu.
In addition to the refurbishment projects, Reward Hospitality also worked with TEEG on the provisioning of a brand new Kingpin venue in Queenstown (NZ) and Zone Bowling venue in Top Ryde (NSW).
In addition to food, assist in the development of the new cocktail menu across both Zone Bowling and Kingpin brands, and provide the appropriate facilities for service.

The Entertainment and Education Group (TEEG) are jointly owned by Quadrant Private Equity and the LAI Group operating 315 family entertainment centres across the Asia Pacific region. Their most prominent brands include Timezone, Kingpin, and Zone Bowling. TEEG has worked with Reward Hospitality for a number of years across a range of services including product ordering, venue fit-outs and project consultation.
