CM6631A USB Module Installation Guide for Burson Conductor Obtain a 2.0mm and a 2.5mm Allen key and a size 2 Philip screwdrivers
Remove the top plate using the 2.5mm Allen key
Place the unit upside down and use its packaging material to prevent cosmetic damages. Then remove these two bolts.
Remove the 4 screws (highlighted in red) on the DAC PCB. Remove the DAC PCB from the unit. Then use the 2.0mm Allen key to slightly loosen the two bolts (highlighted in blue) from both side panels.
Remove the single bolt (highlighted in green) that secured the USB module. Loosen the back plate slightly (per photo highlighted in blue) No need to completely detach the back plate from the enclosure. Unplug the old USB module. Plug in the new USB module. Make sure all 4 pins are aligned correctly. Then reverse the disassembly steps and restore the machine back to its working status.
