In our world-class organization, you will be the government contract expert from proposal to execution, assisting in government reviews and audits. We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail who will take pride in achieving results. Responsibilities include: • Evaluate client proposals to ensure contract requirements are adequately defined and documented • Identify contract risks, and make recommendations to mitigate or eliminate such risks • Conduct pre-award and post-award contract administration functions, including processing of change orders and modifications • Monitor contract compliance and correspondence, and coordinate with and secure legal approval of contractual actions • Administer contract close-outs • Maintain files and adequate records retention for all government contracts held by the company • Train other associates on compliance and contractual procedures and on implementing best practices for contract management • Conduct research to support contract audit and/or facilitate business unit contract trends • Analyze contract requirements, special provisions, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, corporate policies, and business unit procedures Qualifications • A bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in government contracts, subcontracts, and agreements is required • Strong working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Department of Defense supplement to FAR (DFAR), and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment with very tight


deadlines • Entrepreneurial spirit with flexibility to embrace change and adapt in a quickly changing environment; ability to hit the ground running and quickly produce quality results • Ability to perform in a complex cross-functional business environment • CFCM (Certified Federal Contracts Manager), CCCM (Certified Commercial Contracts Manager), or CPCM (Certified Professional Contracts Manager) designations are helpful but not required Gallup does not typically sponsor foreign citizens for H-1B visas or permanent resident status for this position.
