The Opportunity Are you an experienced proposal manager who is capable of developing winning proposals? We are looking for an experienced Government Proposal Manager with the talent to sort to the best business prospects and develop winning strategies. Candidates must be prepared to write proposal sections or entire proposals, depending on the nature of the tasks and resources required. Responsibilities include: • managing the schedule and development of proposals, including requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), and requests for quotes (RFQs) • compiling all operational and technical specifications associated with proposal requirements • developing proposal outlines and templates • managing kickoff meetings, assignments, and schedules • leading team reviews • working with associates and subcontractors to build cost and pricing strategies and to manage proposal risks Qualifications Candidates for this opportunity must have a bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience preparing government proposals and managing proposal efforts from start to finish. Applicants should have experience working on various types and sizes of government contracts. Experience with proposals involving survey research and consulting services is preferred.
