The individual will coordinate publications, networks, surveys, conferences and facilitate development of projects dealing with e-governance, shared services, public-private partnerships, performance measurement and improvement. This individual must either possess a Masters degree or must show substantial progress towards the degree. Excellent communication skills are also required. Up to 37.5 hours per week. $15-$25/hr.
