New for 2017 SwedTeam have the European exclusive for the revolutionary Desolve Camouflage patterns. The patterns have been developed by a New Zealand company and have been used by hunters down under with astounding results. The designers took a fresh look at camo patterns, the leading brands on the market were developing patterns that appealed to the hunters view of the world but didn’t take into consideration the perspective of the animals they hunted. Animals vision is vastly different to ours, mainly colour blind and not as sharp, with this knowledge Desolve developed camo patterns that break up the human form to animals, rather than trying to blend the hunter in.
The CoverTex membrane is SwedTeam’s own performance membrane and has excellent water and wind protection while remaining comfortable and breathable. The membrane has a hydrostatic head (measure of waterproofing) far in excess of what is required to be considered waterproof. The membrane performs at a level higher than required for most hunters while being at a price accessible to all budgets. The membrane is designed for hunting applications so is totally silent and is elastic to allow freedom of movement. The fabric can be machine washed at 40°, but always follow the specific garments care instructions.

The Gore-Tex membrane needs little introduction, it is arguably the best waterproof membrane on the market. It is an extremely thin layer of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE). It has over 9 billion pores per square inch. It’s these pores that give the GORETEXŽ fabric its characteristics. Härkila’s new HWS membrane system is a windproof and waterproof technology, developed specifically for hunting. HWS uses hydrophilic membranes that draw moisture out. The system keeps the hunter dry by rapidly absorbing and removing perspiration. The moisture is wicked through the membrane and distributed over the surface, where it rapidly evaporates and stabilises the temperature inside the garment. Here are some tips to help you order the correct size. If you don’t have a measuring tape, use a piece of string and hold it alongside a ruler.
Measurement Advice Head: U sing a flexible tape, measure the circumference of your head, level with your
ears. Neck: For casual shirts, find a collared shirt that fits your neck well. Lay the collar flat on a table and measure the “top” edge of the collar. For dress shirts, measure around the base of your own neck, keeping one finger between your neck and the tape measure. Chest: Lift your arms slightly and measure around your body, crossing over the fullest part of your chest. Waist: Measure around your waistline where you normally wear your trousers.
