Also with convergence between fixed and mobile services there are opportunities introduce new features such as unified voicemail, transfer of calls to mobiles from the office and intelligent call routing.” Dino said: “There is no point in introducing technology for technology’s sake, but introducing a hosted system often works out more cost effective than the current set up. There are several
other benefits of moving to a hosted system such inbuilt disaster recovery and no more equipment on site, and if we can generate less obvious efficiency savings through the new features, then the technology is doing its job.” Dino concluded: “Our aim is to become your trusted advisor for all things telecoms.
