Under the umbrella of Elixr, an ecosystem of high-growth, complex, and innovative technology companies will be brought to market, by co-founders Catalina Valentino, Joseph Michael Daniels, and Jaie Petty.
Ultimately, the business will be aligned via UNS (unified namespace). The next advancement in the Industry 4.0, UNS is a software layer which acts as a centralised space for all data collected, as well as all its context, to be stored, accessed and used. This allows multiple companies coded into the UNS to work in a unified manner.
Early adopters of UNS include big-name innovators such as Tesla, SpaceX and NASA.
Speaking to Business Enquirer, cofounder and CEO, Catalina, explained that Elixr is an “ecosystem of very innovative tech solution companies. Each one is designed to revolutionise their own industry as well as built to work in unison and hosted on Planet.Earth, another Elixr technology”.
Meanwhile, the business is also launching Elixr Labs, the Venture Builder arm of the organisation.
Leading Future Disruptors
“Elixr Labs is designed to take a start-up from strategy building, through tech development stack, marketing design and strategy, and ultimately launch,” added cofounder and Chairman, Joseph.
The business will co-found and co-develop each company with its founder, providing all the technical expertise from the world’s best in business, who can be found on its Gen-X advisory board.
“For our services, we ask for equity in the business, which start-ups are eager to offer to us in return for our vast, unique, and disruptive skill set,” Joseph explained,
“our company board is made up of Gen-Z and Millenials, whilst our Gen-X advisory board have been hand-picked to provide strategic vision, dynamic design and business experience”.
“Thanks to our extensive and established network, Elixr Labs is able to offer the best set of hands suited to each company for investment from our VC partners or network of Angel Investors to build companies together”, Catalina added.
Currently, in the Elixr Labs programme, the team are nurturing innovative and disruptive emerging businesses by providing UX/UI, Artificial Intelligence,
Media, Go-To-Market, and Social Marketing and Content.
Elixr Labs is on a mission to enable entrepreneurs to innovate, revolutionise, and reimagine the world sustainably, with ESG forming the foundations of all its businesses.
Blast Off to Planet.Earth
An exciting step into Industry 4.0, Elixr’s network of businesses (currently eight but with growth in mind) will include Planning Tech which will revolutionise Digital Twins (a dynamic virtual copy of a physical asset, process, system or environment that looks like and behaves identically to its real-world counterpart) and human engagement by meta-connecting everyone.
In September 2023, during New York Climate Week, Elixr plans to launch its Digital Twin LiDar Technology platform.
“This focuses on unlocking measurements and data to be the live large language model for decarbonisation of existing assets, the beginning of a digital passport,” shared Joseph.
Revolutionising voting for the masses, stage three of the Elixr ecosystem launch will be to bring its digital voting and engagement system to market.
“Our digital voting platform aims to increase social inclusion,” highlighted Jaie, Elixr co-founder and Media Director, “this is pivotal in ensuring everybody’s voice is heard”.
The new technology will implement a specialised triple notary and verification system.
November will see the first look at Elixr’s Sustainable Finance Platform, focused on ESG investments, allowing investors to find innovative companies, vetted and ready for investor returns.
Ultimately, as the clock chimes midnight into 2024, Elixr aims to go live with Planet. Earth, a Digital Twin which will exist as a living, real time copy of the whole planet. “On Planet.Earth visitors will be able to engage, interact and select technologies to see and understand our world in a totally different way. Setting the scene for mixed reality whilst enabling decisionmaking and interactivity that’s yet to be seen in human history,” explained Catalina. Whilst Catalina highlights that it’s incredibly exciting to be bringing eight first-to-market businesses into the world, what will be crucial is the right messaging.
“Elixr are at the forefront of the next digital revolution, but we understand that our technology will be new to many,” she said, “to ensure we are implementing all the right measures from the offset, including our messaging, we have curated an experienced advisory board of leaders,”.
This includes Elixr’s Chief Ethics Officer, ensuring that ethics is at the heart of every technology business Elixr builds.
Built By a Team with Jaw-Dropping Credentials
With ESG and social impact forming the foundations of Elixr, it will also launch a non-profit arm of the business, the Elixr Foundation, spearheaded by Jaie.
The foundation strives to utilise Jaie’s skills to shed light on social and environmental issues around the globe, in turn actively building support for shaping a better future for those in need.
Currently, the foundation is helping to build a new home for a young girl who lost everything during the recent earthquakes.
“The purpose of the foundation isn’t a vanity project to get in, get the footage, and leave. Our team spends time in the area and gets involved in the rebuilding or activism required,” explained Jaie.
Meanwhile, fellow co-founder and Chairman, Joseph Michael Daniels, comes with a host of credentials suited to take Elixr to the next stage.
An awe-inspiring entrepreneur, Joseph was made homeless at 15 but went on to make the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.
Having deployed the first net-zero connected buildings across four continents and raising £40 million upon founding Etopia, Joseph is also Special Advisor to BEIS construct zero for the British Government and Chair of the Decarbonisation and the Next Gen Board at the U.K. Business Council for Sustainable Development (UKBCSD).
The UKBCSD sits within the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) a global, CEOled organisation of over 200 leading businesses working together to accelerate the transition to a sustainable world.
Joining him on the UKBCSD Next Gen Board is Catalina, who too, comes with her own set of inspiring credentials.
Named Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2022 and Women of the Future 2023, Catalina has been recognised by the industry as an emerging leader in tech. She is also the youngest Senator to the World Business Angel Investment Forum and advises the $200 million Una Terra Impact Venture Capital Fund and The
British Youth Council, contributing to policy, fundraising, and communication.
As well as this, and building Elixr, Catalina is currently co-authoring a book with Professor Dr Ingrid Vasiliu-Feltes, an expert in AI, sustainability and ethics, exploring cross-generation collaboration in sustainability.
Keen to establish sustainability into the worldwide education system, Catalina is exploring two PHDs, one with a sustainable focus, the other psychology based, which will drive the creation of new global frameworks.
“The frameworks will aim to measure the impact of sustainable initiatives implemented. Collaborating with experts in psychology and neuroscience, ultimately I hope to build a bridge between the two PHDs to drive change in the education system,” said Catalina.
“I focussed my Masters dissertation on the lack of marketing and awareness in sustainability, looking at how we could steer future generations’ businesses to have an impact on a sustainable future. Elixr is born out of putting these learnings into practice,” she continued..
The primary focus for Elixr is sustainability, followed by ESG. Elixr’s businesses and co-founder will share their extensive and tech-focussed skills to encourage startups to consider how they can embed ESG practices from the early stages of business, rather than at a later stage which becomes economically unviable.
When speaking with her Elixr co-founders, Catalina was asked:
“Why do you think Gen-Z voices should be listened to more in business?” www.elixr.earth
“Why shouldn’t they?” she answered.
