BY RODERICK L. ABAD Contributor

MORE than 4 million technical-vocational (techvoc) learners will get to strengthen their economic status through the Financial Literacy Course (FLC) to be offered for free by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda).

“The 21st-century workplace demands workers to demonstrate self-management and develop practices and attitudes toward lifelong learning and career development. In this regard, Tesda, together with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas [BSP] and the BDO Foundation [BDOF], aims that, once launched, this course will help our learners develop self-management strategies and reflective practices as they handle their personal finances,” outgoing Tesda director general Danilo P. Cruz said of their partnership deal signed last March 2023. “It will also enable them to make sound financial decisions toward the attainment of their life and career goals.” recognition for separating specific elements of your photos into new content.

Topics covered in the FLC include financial planning, saving and budgeting, debt and investment management, digital financial literacy, and consumer protection.

Inside the phone is the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 customized for Samsung. The Galaxy S23 Ultra is the first phone to use Snapdragon’s Cognitive ISP to enhance images in real-time. Samsung also included some impressively fast memory and storage.

It uses the LPDDR5X spec for both the 8GB and 12GB RAM options and UFS 4.0 internal storage. Universal Flash Storage (UFS) is a standard designed and incremented by Joint Electron Device Engineering Council (JEDEC), a global organization that designs open standards for different electronic systems. UFS can do both at the same time, which allows for read and write operations in parallel. Samsung also increased the size of the vapor chamber for the cooling system so the phone never overheated, even when I was taking videos and photos during a concert and posting them in real time.

And now let’s talk about the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra’s most celebrated option, its camera. Yes, it is as amazing as they said it is. The improved camera system is highlighted by a new 200MP sensor so it’s incredible.

The 200MP sensor uses a new Adapt Pixel Sensor, which brings many improvements to the photography experience. By default, the camera will automatically choose whether to take a full 200MP image or to bring it down to a 50 or 12MP image. The phone has two 10MP sensors with a 10x and 3x optical zoom, and a 12MP ultrawide sensor to round out the rear camera system on the Galaxy S23 Ultra. So, yes, this is the perfect phone for K-pop fans because it can take high resolution images and videos. For the front camera, Samsung went from a 16MP selfie camera
