Conference programme The Healthcare Workshop What is the Healthcare Workshop concept ? A half day programme of conference and case studies presented to an audience of 100 to 120 attendees :  Articulated around a specific thematic related to healthcare asset class  Led by a moderator and a panel of industry experts (Consultant / broker, investor, developer)  Kicks off with a 30 minutes introduction by the expert panel, where the thematic of the workshop is introduced, detailed and debated  Illustrated by two to three 30 minutes case studies, where healthcare success stories are being presented to the audience by the key stakeholders involved in the specific projects highlighted (where the end user, the developer and the investor share their experience and learnings from the project),  Closed by a conclusion of the panel on the thematic


Networking format – Speed Matching

Investors meet healthcare property developers : Investors break the ice with healthcare property developers to finance projects. Up to 20 power meetings to highlight projects and identify opportunities Investors meet healthcare facilities owners / operators : Identify opportunities to acquire healthcare and medical facilities
