Giftpack AI

A marketplace featuring more than 3 million gifts, Giftpack AI generates five gift recommendations based on a personality quiz sent to gift recipients. Employers can also provide employees’ social media or keywords to skip the quiz and can opt for custom notes or logos on packaging. A recipient can decline the gift and instead donate to a charity. Google, Facebook, Trax and Alchemy are among Giftpack AI’s clients.

EvaBot

AI-powered platform EvaBot uses a chatbot to ask gift recipients questions, the answers of which they turn into a personalised banded gift box with handwritten notes and a gift selection based on recipients’ preferences. More than 300 products, ranging from US$30 to US$10,000, can be packed into one gift box with categories including food, coffee, electronics and household items.

Alyce

This gifting platform comes in the form of AI-fuelled personalisation and counts G2, Lenovo, and GrubHub among its customers. The platform uncovers recipients’ preferences and tastes by scanning publicly available social media, using that to come up with a list of items that might appeal to that person from its more than 10,000 items. Recipients are sent Swag Select, a gift code that lets them redeem their choice of gift from a personalised list of items. They offer subscriptions and experiences too.

This platform lets customers pick their gift of choice from a curated selection sent to them on a gifting link via email or SMS. Included in gift options are physical, digital and cause gifts, including cash deposits, subscriptions to streaming platforms, and quality artisanal gifts. Every digital aspect from emails to microsites, and even physical handwritten notes, can be customised. Airbnb, Spotify, Reebok and Etsy are among the global companies using the platform.
