Comments The housing market will improve as the weather gets better and the buying season sets in. Because existing inventory is a sellers’ market, prices will increase and new construction sales will improve. Foreclosures, while still with us, are declining with higher prices helping to reduce these, too. Interest rates are also staying low as the recent Federal Reserve meeting declared which means that cheap money is available to qualified home buyers. The housing market will continue to improve as the year progresses.
