Comments The housing market has entered the seasonally slow period. Interest rates show no signs of getting in the way of the market. While credit remains available, housing will sell. Inventory continues to favor sellers, except for new attached housing, which will keep values at or near record levels. The future for housing looks bright, unless there is some major negative event.
