Comments It will be a good year, pricewise, for housing in Whatcom County. While current inventory is low, it will increase in the months ahead. Interest rates will be increasing and it may have some impact particularly since the Federal Government will be borrowing close to a trillion dollars. All in all, 2018 will be a bit weaker with record prices.
