Comments Housing sales were up sharply from both last month and last October with firm prices. The dollars per square foot were very strong. It is the seasonal slowing which will hold sales back through the winter months. Low inventory strongly favors sellers which will keep prices firm to higher. Still, interest rates show no sign of getting in the way of the market with plenty of credit available. Housing’s immediate future looks bright unless there is some major negative event.
