Comments The market was stronger in February with near record prices and with significantly more land and lot sales as builders anticipate the increased demand. The inventory remains low, giving the advantage to sellers. While interest rates will increase, it will be slow and measured so that housing will not be hurt. Note that seventy plus percent of the buyers have liens. As the spring selling season begins, the market will pick up.
