GENERAL SALE INFORMATION

Terms and Conditions

• All sales are cash unless other arrangements are made with the seller.

• Each animal will sell to the highest bidder without reservation. The auctioneer will settle any disputes as to bidding. His decision will be final.

• Individual health papers will be furnished with each animal, which will permit shipment to any state, Canada or Mexico.

• All sale cattle have been parentage verified and tested free for IE, DL, HY, and MSUD. All sale cattle have also been tested negative for BLV, Johnes, and BVD PI

Our ranch is 95 miles north of Great Falls, Montana. Great Falls is served by Delta, Alaska and United Airlines.

• Exposed females will be pregnancy tested and pregnancy status will be available at sale time. Pregnant cows are considered breeders without further guarantee. All open females are guaranteed to breed by natural service. In case an adjustment is required, it will be made with a replacement animal of equal value to the animal in question or credit on the purchase of another animal. No adjustments will be made after nine months from sale day on any animals.

• The animal becomes the property of the purchaser as soon as sold, but it shall be the responsibility of the seller to see that animals are properly cared for until delivery to the purchaser.

• Any death or injury after the animal is sold is at the buyer’s risk. Insurance is highly recommended.

• Anyone attending this sale attends at their own risk and without liability on the part of the owners, their employees or agents.

• Corrections or additions of any information contained in the sale catalog will be announced from the auction stand and will take precedence over any printed material.

Delivery

We are offering free delivery for the first 1,000 miles on all purchases totaling $6,000 or more. These deliveries will be to central points but we will work to get them as close as possible for all buyers. Also, we will guarantee that the buyer’s cost for delivery after the first 1,000 miles will not exceed $400 per head.

The auction will be broadcast online at Bid. SuperiorLivestock.com and the pre-recorded videos will also be hosted there prior to and on sale day. You do not need an account or login just to watch the auction.

Just watch the auction online and call in at least 2 lots ahead of the lot you are looking to bid on.
