TERMS & CONDITIONS

Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder and becomes the responsibility of the purchaser as soon as sold. The auctioneer will settle any disputes from the auction block. The cattle sell under the terms and conditions as recommended by the American Hereford Association.

INTERNET BIDDING

Online bidding will take place at DVAuction.com. Please register ahead of the sale start time.

GUARANTEE

Bulls selling for more than $3,000 are guaranteed from the first turnout against breeding injury. Claims must be made before Sept 1, 2023 and vet checked. Breeding season ends 90 days after first turnout of bull. Credit will be the purchase price less salvage value. Credit can be applied to a replacement bull (if available) or on next year’s sale. Buyer will keep all salvage value of bull. Please notify us as soon as possible of any injury. This is not mortality insurance, nor does it cover death of the animal.

DELIVERY

Free delivery on bulls within 200 miles of Clearwater, NE. Delivery will begin one week after the sale. Please contact us for delivery arrangements.

TRUCKING DISCOUNT

Bring your trailer the day of the sale and receive $50 off each bull you take home with you.

LIABILITY

All persons who attend our open house and/or this sale do so at their own risk, legal or otherwise, for their safety and wellbeing. The owner, staff and sellers assume no liability for property loss or any accident or injury that may occur.

HERD HEALTH

Bulls are scrotal measured and have been ultrasounded. Bulls will be fertility tested by sale day.
