SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Terms Of Sale
Cash or Check. Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder. The auctioneer will settle any disputes as to bids. All cattle are to be paid for by the purchaser during or immediately after the sale and will not be released until after settlement has been made, unless other arrangements have been made prior to the sale. Cattle will not be transferred until paid for in full. All animals in this sale become the immediate property of the buyer once they are sold. All buyers are expected to recognize this fact of their ownership and either accept full responsibility or else insure their animals before leaving the sale. Insurance will be available.
Calf Scramble Certificates will be accepted.

If you are not able to attend the sale, please contact Rob Schacher, 817-219-0102 or LiveAuctions.tv, or any breeder with Cattle in the sale. Cattle must be removed from the Titus County Fairgrounds within 24 hours of the conclusion of the sale. We are willing to help you with transportation, but ultimately, you will be responsible for movement of cattle. Please try to make arrangements prior to the sale.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
All announcements at the sale by the owner or the auctioneer concerning the cattle will take precedence over statements in the sale catalog or any information on the supplement sheets furnished on sale day. We reserve the right to withdraw any sale lot not meeting our specifications prior to sale time.
Registration Certificates
The animals will be transferred to the buyer at the seller’s expense. Each buyer must be sure to give the clerk his proper name and address for making transfers. All calves born before the sale are to be registered by the seller; all born after the sale are to be registered by the purchaser. Proper breeding statements will be signed by the seller for the buyer to use in registering calves born after the sale. A.I. Certificates will not be provided on sires not owned by consignor.
HEALTH
All cattle will have health papers required for shipping with in Texas and several other states. All females bred prior to January 1, 2022 will have been pregnancy examined. Breeding age bulls will be fertility tested. All bulls over one year of age will be certified virgin or Trich tested.
Breeding Guarantee
All cattle in this sale are guaranteed in accordance with the rules and regulations of the American Hereford Association. Any female which is stated to be pregnancy checked safe in calf is guaranteed to be pregnant at the time of this sale. All females safe in calf or with a calf at side are thereby considered breeders with no further guarantee. All females who have been serviced but not checked safe in calf carry no guarantee on this breeding.
TRUCKING
We will be happy to assist you with livestock haulers and in making the most economical delivery arrangements for your purchases. We recommend that insurance be obtained on lots purchased.
Liability
All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. Neither the owners, the sale manager nor any other persons connected with the sale assume liability, legal or otherwise, for accidents, loss of property or the behavior of the animals.
Responsibility
Each ranch will represent and be responsible for their animals. In no case, However, will the consignor be responsible for any damages beyond the selling price of the of the animals. The sale manager and the officers and directors of the Northeast Texas Hereford Association assume no responsibility, no warranties and no guarantees on the cattle presented in this sale. All transactions are between the buyer and seller.
Errors
The material in this catalog has been carefully edited. If errors or omissions are discovered, they will be announced. Such announcements take precedence over the printed matter in this catalog and other advertising. Neither the editors of the catalog, the sale management nor the consignors can assume any responsibility for errors or omissions in the catalog.
