Safety

• All schools are welcome to point out the course between 13:50 and 14:15..

• Runners will be briefed at the start line and warned of any potential hazards.

• Any hazardous branches and tree roots will be clearly marked with white paint.

• The course will be clearly marked out with arrows on the floor (white for all runners, blue for U9, yellow for U11 and red for U13). Marshals will be present to guide.

• First Aid will be available next to the Results Desk and Beechwood Park Sports Staff will have radios.

• Please ensure any of your runners with asthma or allergies have their necessary medication.
