chicken BUFFALO Dip
Ready to make the perfect dip for summer gettogethers or pool parties? The main components of this delicious dip are shredded rotisserie chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. This dip gets extra thick and creamy and goes well with just about anything, especially chips or celery.
Ingredients
̗ 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
̗ 1 (8-oz.) block of cream cheese, at room temperature or softened
̗ 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
̗ 1 tbsp. ranch dressing
̗ Few dashes of hot sauce
̗ 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
̗ Finely chopped chives, for garnish
̗ Tortilla chips and sliced celery sticks, for serving
Instructions
1. Adjust an oven rack to the center position and preheat the oven to 350°.
2. Combine and mix rotisserie chicken, cream cheese, 3/4 cup cheddar, buffalo sauce, ranch, and hot sauce in a large bowl.
3. Transfer mixture to an ovenproof skillet or baking dish, and top with remaining 1/4 cup cheddar. Bake until warm and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
4. Top with chives before serving with chips or celery.
