C24 gallery represents artists working in all formats and media and remains dedicated to a geographically diverse program.


MIKE DARGAS Mike Dargas is an artist living and working in Cologne, Germany. Inspired by Dali, Caravaggio and HR Giga, Dargas explores themes of reality and the surreal in his hyperrealistic oil paintings and charcoal drawings. His quest for perfection results in works that read like photographs, snapshots of mental states.

CAROLE FEUERMAN Carole A. Feuerman is acknowledged as one of the world’s most prominent hyperrealist sculptors. Feuerman works in a variety of media including resin, marble and bronze, she has distinguished her skill in each by defining and recreating the human condition. Feuerman sculpts life-size, monumental and miniature works, painting them with hundreds of layers before achieving human-like tones.

NICK GENTRY Drawing on recycled and obsolete technological materials as the grounds for his paintings, London­based artist Nick Gentry creates a conversation between digital and analog processes. Gentry constructs his painting supports out of materials such as 35mm film negatives, VHS cassettes, X­-ray prints, and floppy discs. The materials are sourced directly from members of the public in a ‘social art’ project.

DIL HILDEBRAND Canadian artist Dil Hildebrand’s work centers on the architectural and constructed image. Often working in large format, his paintings mimic the scale and structure of architecture, framing the body in life-sized patterns. Inspired by ancient Roman trompe l’oeil frescoes and informed by a diversity of other influences his paintings explore this shared lineage of architectural formation with painted images.

KATJA LOHER Katja Loher draws attention to the silent and gradual extinction of many species through the artifice of creating digital alternative interpretations and recombinations of reality. For over a decade, she has experimented with various forms of Videosculpture, combining nature and technology in a collective effort with architects, dancers, choreographers, anthropologists, costume designers and fabricators.

İRFAN ÖNÜRMEN Turkish artist, İrfan Onurmen’s work reveals the relationships and discrepancies between personal and public experience as seen through the lens of contemporary media. Önürmen addresses the impact of mass media on human experience and its visual representation through collage, painting, and sculpture.

SEÇKIN PIRIM Turkish artist, Seckin Pirim’s conceptual sculptures explore form, color, and pattern. Working in a variety of media, his artworks examine the relationship between object and space, the dichotomy between nature and culture, and the line between art and design. His sculptures are neo-minimalist forms of expression as well as contemporary strategies of art and design.

REGINA SCULLY New Orleans-based painter, Regina Scully, creates micro-universes that resonate between the familiar and the unknown. Her mindscapes incorporate different perspectives of space, and suggestive fragments of objects and phenomena. Her paintings and works on paper become personalized dreamscapes for the viewer, with enveloping, rhythmic labyrinths to enter and travel through, wherein the viewer experiences thoughts and visions through association and memory.

CHRISTIAN VINCENT Christian Vincent’s dream-like paintings explore the dynamics of conformity and desire in social situations within the framework of a post-industrial world. His strong compositions feel melancholic and evoke a sense of isolation. The subjects, often youthful figures on the verge of adulthood, capture a sense of innocence confronted with the compromises of modern life.
