ACI is delighted to bring our Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance Forum on Cosmetics and Personal Care Products to the West Coast this fall. This conference, like its East Coast sister event held in New York each spring, will be national in scope, however, it will have a special focus on legal and regulatory initiatives in West Coast states. There will be featured sessions on the Golden State of California which is known for setting the bar high not only for itself- but for the rest of the nation -- on product safety and compliance as well as privacy. We will also examine the latest developments in Washington state with its new Toxic Free Cosmetics Act.
