In addition to the educational experience, you will be able to do the Dolphin Signature Swim program. Our crystal-clear saltwater habitats are constantly filtered and hygienically controlled.

Transportation Service

Transportation for our aquatic activities is an optional - shared service available from most hotels. Guests that wish to take advantage of this service are required to pay $10 USD per person on the following adventures:

Should you not wish to take advantage of this service, all guests are welcome to make their own transportation plans to and from the tour location at their own cost. Reserving a private tour guarantees exclusive transportation.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please be ready for your hotel pick up at least 5 minutes before the confirmed time given when you make your booking.

Transportation is shared and vehicles pick-up and drop-off at a variety of hotels. Please consider that we will also pick up other guests on the way- should you not be present at the pick up time, unfortunately our drivers are unable to delay the transportation.

Sometimes traffic congestion or adverse weather conditions may cause us to arrive a little late, we ask you to kindly wait should this occur.

Return transportation after your tour is at set times and will include a variety of drop offs at different hotels. If you wish to use the shuttle back, please let us know when you check in.

The arrangement for the transportation service must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure client satisfaction, the following cancellation and notification procedure is mandatory: Please arrive for check in 30 minutes before your tour is due to depart.

24 hours in advance - 100% refund.

12 hours in advance - 50% refund.

No show - No refund. Activities may be changed by Cabo Adventures due to weather or sea conditions.
