WHAT TO BRING:

Bring a bathing suit, sun protective clothing, beach towel, hat/cap, camera, light sweater (in the winter and evening tours) and money for souvenirs and photos. Bring a change of clothes to change into after swimming.

SNORKELING, ATV & ADRENALINE ADVENTURE:

For safety reasons, we do not recommend participation on any snorkel activity , ATV and/or Adrenaline Adventure tour if you have respiratory problems, injuries, back/neck issues, heart, balance or/and dizziness conditions or conditions that can cause loss of consciousness.

• Please be at the designated pick-up location at least 10 minutes prior to the listed pick-up time.

• Activities may be changed due to weather or sea conditions.

• We reserve the right to change schedules without prior notice.

• Tour durations are approximate and do not include transportation time.

• Life jackets are mandatory in all water activities.

• For activities involving alcoholic beverages, participants must be 18 years old or older.

• For cenote activities, participants must be at least 6 years old and 3.9ft (120cm) tall.

• For the safety of all of our guests, Cancun Adventures reserves the right to refuse admission to any of our activities to guests under the influence of alcohol and/ or other substances. In the event admission is denied, no refund will be offered or paid.

• 12 hours in advance – 50% refund.
