of the competitor landscape, I did an analysis of other website hosting companies. I saw how the flow of the checkout process for hosting products from each web hosting service provider company User Interview
In interviews with several users, I asked them to observe every step they took during the checkout process on Niagahoster's official website. In the checkout process, I find out what they are uncomfortable with or what they find confusing
Problem Statement
Problems have been found in the transaction flow on the Niagahoster site. This problem is experienced by most users who are stopped before the checkout process. This is because users feel confused and have difficulty choosing the service package options provided by Niagahoster. Not a few users do not understand the definition and differences of each service package that is displayed. The existence of this problem will also have an impact on the company's business aspects because the percentage of purchasing hosting package services has decreased
