He has the overall authority and accountability for the management of all operations including business growth, quality assurance (QA), OH&S. Industrial relations, and Environmental Management Systems besides ensuring the company management procedures are in complete compliance with ISO 9001, ISO / AS 14001, AS4801, with WHS Act & Regulation 2011 and the Protection of the Environment Operations Act – 1997. He is responsible for performance on each contract, for growing company’s market, acquiring enough work for continuous engagement of all resources, and for contract review. He had a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree at Yildiz Technical University (YTU), Istanbul, in 2003. He then continued his double degree in Master of Construction Management at University of New South Wales (UNSW) and Master of Structural Engineering at University of Technology Sydney (UTS). Upon graduation from his double masters degree in 2005, he remained in Australia and had worked with Australia’s reputable & leading builders for 6 years in various project management roles which resulted in great successdue to his honesty, hard working, entrepreneurship, humanitarian attitude, technical, people and leadership skills. Those are the leading indicatives for the foundation of establishing TCG on his business journey in Australia.
Judy Wang – Financial Controller Judy, who had a bachelor degree of finance at University of Technology Sydney (UTS), is responsible for company financials and assisting company general daily communications & administration works. She works with our accountant closely and reports to Managing Director.

Daniel Ng - Design Manager/Project Engineer Daniel is an architecture graduate from UNSW with honors and fully focused on design and drafting in both commercial and residential projects. He is also responsible for liaising with subcontractors for their claims, quality assurance, take offs, site safety, estimating and tendering processes & quoting and reports to Managing Director.
Choon Min Jang (Jang) - Site Supervisor/Carpenter Jang has a strong site supervision and hands on experience for the last 30 years and his role is not limited day to day site supervision and management but he is also responsible for all carpentry works on our various projects. 3.2 Ongoing & Completed Projects In Chronological Order 3.2.1 Extension Works to 865 New Canterbury Road Dulwich Hill ( $ 120,000) Stage 2 - Back Extension Design & Construction In Progress - Further to a successful completion of an art gallery for the front side of the property, we are now appointed to undertake design, construction of an extansion to the back of the property including DA application to council. Currently the project is ongoing and DA is about to be submitted. 3.2.2 Burwood Chinese Medicine Clinic Fit-out ($ 120,000) Recently Completed - Our client is bringing new branding from Hong Kong and this is the first clinic in Australia to be designed and fitted out. That’s traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) clinic including 4 consulting rooms and treatment room. Detailed glass reception desk and a bulkhead covering top of specially made dispending unit. It also includes new toilet, vinyl flooring, detailed ceiling works and bulkheads throughout. Following this fit out, we will be acting as an advisor for further purchases of premises for a clinic as well as a design & fit-out contractor. 3.2.3 Vet Pharmacy Fit-out ($ 12,000) In Progress - This is a very small project however it came through previous client referral which includes design drawings, council application and on site construction works for walls, and all related services. 3.2.4 Renovation Works to Patio at 42 Park Rd St Leonards ($ 20,000) In Progress - This is a residential project including patio alteration works and

some internal alteration works to a 2 storey house at St Leonards area. We are constantly being consulted by our trusted client for the works to be done in a proper way as there were few compliant issues. However we overcame those issues and as a result awarded the project with the works. 3.2.5 C`est La Vie Juice Bar Alterations ($ 7,000) This is relatively a small project however it is a good project for us to get into the shopping centre works in the Sydney CBD area. The project includes freshening up the existing juice bar in a busy HSBC shopping mall by dismentalling existing joinery panelling and signage works with new laminated panel with routed 3D acrylic signs. 3.2.6 Restoration Works to 865 New Canterbury Road Dulwich Hill ( $ 90,000) Stage 1 - Art Gallery Fit-out Stage 1 Works - This is a restoration to very old mixed use building in order to turn it into an art gallery including demolition & strip out, replacing floor boards, shop front, stairs, windows, all electrical & plumbing services, floor sanding & polishing for existing flooring. We are appointed as a design & construct contractor by principal. the works are completed and now we are preparing for the design of Stage 2 which will include council application process. 3.2.7 Laverna Hair Salon Fit-out ($ 50,000) Located in a high profile Fairfield Forum shopping center, works including extensively detailed workstations, colour bar, laminex wall panelling throughout and other necessary services works for a high profile hair salon fit-out with a very tight deadline & budget. Works are completed within the budget and ahead of time.
3.2.8 162 Epping Road Home Renovations - ($11,000) This renovation includes full bathroom renovation, re-do laundry area at the back house, panting, floor sanding & polishing. 3.2.9 7 Janita Crescent Balcony Rectification Works (10,000) Our client asked us to assist with their balcony rectification works as it was not built properly by others previously. It was a risky project for us to get into however we managed to bring the balcony back to original and apply additional coat of waterproofing for both under & above the bedding. This was followed by usage of epoxy grouting to fully seal the tiles. Those works also include supply and installation of new guttering system for the balcony as the water was also falling down through the edges of the balcony due to wrong slopes created by others. 3.2.10 Miranda Dental Clinic Fit-out - ($ 85,000) Our continuous client opening a dental clinic within a busy medical center inclusive of full design, supply and installation of dentist chair all accessories, all services to dentist chair, supply and installation of compressor, dentist chair, suction pump, cabinets, stone benchtop, desks, painting, signage, feature lighting in cabinets and throughout the clinic. 3.2.11 Glenwood Dental Clinic Fit-out - ( $ 100,000) This fit-out is a conversion of radiology room into a dentist room inclusive of full design, strip out, all services to dentist chair, supply and installation of compressor, suction pump, dentist chair, cabinets, desks, painting, signage, frameless shop entry door, vinyl flooring.

3.2.12 Southeast Financial Services Office Fit-out (Design & Construct) - $ 60,000 This is a design and construct of a new & 1st branch for Southeast Financial Services in Australia compromising new security system, managers rooms, cashier/teller area, break out area, kitchen, staff toilets, new flooring in Lakemba area. This is a fast track project and we aim to complete in 1,5 weeks time. 3.2.13 Shop 35 The Centre - Forestville - $ 121,000 (Design & Construct) This is a design and construct of a new medical centre from our continuous client to include 5 consult room, 1 treatment room, reception area, toilet and a play ground area within a 2 storey shop in Forestville. We are responsible for all aspects of this project including architectural design to suit NSW Health & compliance with AS requirements. This project has been completed well ahead of the programme and within the budget and happy client. 3.2.14 15 Darley Street Home Renovations - $ 19,000 This project includes complete bathroom/laundry and kitchen renovations as well as replacement garage roller with new motorised roller door. Our clients tenant moved in earlier than expected and our client was delighted on that. 3.2.15 5 Tasman Place Kitchen Renovations - $ 5,500 This is a minor project for a kitchen renovation including aluminium framed frosted glass, laminated benchtop and installation of appliances supplied by client.
3.2.16 Roofing Alterations to 80 Epping Rd - $ 7,000 This client is our continuous client and we were called to fix roofing for the extension at the back due to water leakage inside the house. Besides changing roofing, capping with new flashings, we will also fix the mould issue on ceiling all around the house where we believe toilet exhaust fan is causing the issue and create condensation within the roof cavity and the steam is going all around roof cavity. Toilet exhaust fan to be connected to outside area with china man capping and a flexible duct to overcome the issue and cleaning and painting of the entire ceiling in the house. 3.2.17 Key Media & Catalyst O.N.E Office Fit-out @ Level 10/1 Chandos Street Crows Nest - $ 11,000 This is a minor project to create space our client, Catalyst O.N.E at above premise including plastering, painting, doors, electrical works, relocation of work stations, creating reception area. 3.2.18 Window Alterations to 129 Parramatta Rd Haberfield - $ 3,500 This minor project includes supply and installation of secondary windows in order to provide sound barrier to above premises who works as accounting services. 3.2.19 Rainbow Medical Centre Fit-out, Doonside- $ 170,000 We were recently awarded a contract for Rainbow medical centre (RMC) fitout and construction at Doonside. RMC fit-out project involves construction of 6 consult rooms, 1 treatment room, 1 pathology room, 2 toilets, 1 staff/kitchen area, 2 store rooms, and reception area on an approximate 186sqm GFA. As sewer and water supply works will be through the existing concrete slab, this project will also include saw cutting, excavation and concrete pouring.

This project is completed 2 weeks ahead of the contracted programme. 3.2.20 Forestville Medical Centre Fit-out, Forestville- $ 145,000 This is a design and construct project which includes new architectural, structural design as well as council applications for DA & CC. This project involves a conversion of a residential unit to be a medical center with 3 consultation rooms, 1 treatment/surgery room and disabled & staff toilet. As our company is responsible for the design with our inhouse architects and designers, the entire house is changed to comply with BCA and fire safety requirements which incurred some challenges with the Warringah Council however we resolved all the issues and project is awarded a DA consent by Warringah Council on 18/09/2012. We are currently finalised construction drawings but this project is postponed to a later stage as our client would like to start construction not now. 3.2.21 Kogarah Medical Centre Fit-out, Kogarah Shopping Centre - $ 160,000 Kogarah Medical Centre is located within Kogarah Town Centre. This project comprises of constructing of 6 doctor rooms, 1 pathology room, 1 treatment room, 1 dentist room, 1 disabled toilet, 1 staff toilet and reception area on an approximate 170sqm GFA. All services works to be connected into the shopping centre existing services. Services to be included for the project is hydraulic services, electrical services, mechanical services dry & wet fire works (by others), doors & walls & ceilings, roller shutter, vinyl flooring, painting and joinery. One of the challenge on the project is that not having any core holes through the slab due to railway underneath. This project is completed within budget and 2 weeks before the agreed hand over date and our client commenced operating immediately.
3.2.22 66 River Road West, Lane Cove - $ 7,500 This project involved removal of asbestos from the garage at the above premise and then supply and installation of colourbond wall cladding with flashings & angles. We included to do particle testing during asbestos removal works and also provided a clearance certificate and warranties upon project completion. 3.2.23 Unit 7/ 41 Broughton Street Artarmon - $6,500 This project had strict time constraints for changing of carpet, painting entire house and and 2 off bathroom renovation for the client prior to commence open inspections for leasing premise. 3.2.24 74 & 80 Epping Road, North Ryde - $ 80,000 This project is constructed in stages for two individual houses which involved kitchen & bathroom renovations, windows replacements and sliding doors, floor sanding and polishing, painting and soft landscaping. The biggest challenge was that all works had been done during tenants living in the premise. 3.2.25 56 Devon Street - $ 3,500 Involving strip out & dispose of existing galvanised roof sheets and install new colourbond roofing with insulation, gutters and flashings. 3.2.26 8-14 Ellis Street Chatswood - $ 1,000 Our client had issues in their bathroom due to previous works done by others. Water leakage throughout the bathroom to downstairs was the issue and we assisted our client to investigate where the issue is. Once we identified the issues for the client we then replaced the shower screen, reseal entire bathroom to stop leaking for both from shower

to the toilet area and from toilet area to down stairs. We also ensured the client to contact strata management as part of the issue was leakage through the hydraulic riser from the washing machine within the house which has to be rectified by strata management. Our client was delighted from our approach and led the issue to resolution with their neighbours.
