The form of this console is quite simple - it’s the confluence of materials that provides all the visual drama. Its top, a rectangular sheet of hammered copper glinting with a rich palette of variegated hues, rests on a four-legged base of distressed wood. Its stretcher is comprised of two strands of rustic metal that bind each pair of legs and flow gracefully upward to crisscross each other and support the tabletop.

A variety of materials gleaned from the earth— rich-grained wood, cool stone, fire-forged metal—harmonize in this extraordinary console. The top features squares of rich cocoa colored marble. Has more than a thousand tiny geometric tiles of wood, namely walnut, oak and birch which come together to create the stunning concentric “starburst” design that defines this accent table. The result of an ancient art form called parquetry, this round table top was imported from Italy. The base is made up of a carved and turned post that ends in three gracefully shaped legs.

Squares of solid maple, their surface softened via a delicate hand-planing technique, form the top of this stunning table. Its base is equally magnificent. Finishes & Hardware Caperana Casa finishes are resistant to minor everyday hazards; however, some precautions are necessary to maintain the beauty of your Caperana / Casa / Barcelona wood furniture. • Dust with a soft, clean cloth slightly moistened with clean water, and dry completely with another clean cloth, always rubbing with the grain of the wood. • Avoid contact with cigarettes, hot dishes, harsh solvents, such as nail polish, alcohol and moisture. • Use pads beneath accessories and when writing and eating to avoid any marring and scarring of the surface of your furniture. • Remove any spills and smudges immediately. • Do not leave any pliable materials on a wood surface; they can damage the finish. • Do not place furniture near heat outlets, windows, or in direct sunlight.

Decorative Hardware The decorative hardware on the furniture featured in this catalog has been protected with a clear lacquer coat. • Use of harsh detergents or brass polish in an attempt to obtain high luster will result in the removal of the protective lacquer and will damage the finish of the hardware. • Do not use harsh detergents, brass, silver, or and other kind of polishes. • Use a soft, clean damp cloth to remove dust. • Our furniture will maintain its beauty if treated with reasonable care.
