The distance and angles that you specify are applied in the order that you select the objects. A chamfer connects two objects to meet in a flattened or bevelled corner. A chamfer connects two objects with an angled line. It is usually used to represent a bevelled edge on a corner. Chamfer command can be used to bevel all corners of a polyline using a single command.

To learn how to create chamfer using Chamfer command, follow the below mentioned steps. 1. Now, click on the Arrow head button.

You can also activate Chamfer command by entering CHAMFER or CHA at the Command Line. Another method to select the Chamfer command is also available. You can select the Chamfer command from Menu Bar > Modify > Chamfer. You can also find Chamfer command in Modify toolbar of the AutoCAD classic workspace. 3. Chamfer command have various options such as UNDO, POLYLINE, DISTANCE, ANGLE, TRIM, METHOD, AND MULTIPLE to create chamfer. In this tutorial we will use Distance option of chamfer command to create chamfer.
