Tutorial : How to draw 3d box using Box command In this tutorial you will learn, how to draw 3d box using Box command.


CADIN360.COM LEARNING TUTORIALS Let’s learn how to draw 3d box using Box command. In AutoCAD Box command creates a 3D solid box. The base of the box is always drawn parallel to the XY plane of the current UCS (work plane). The height of the box is specified in the Z-axis direction. You can enter both positive and negative values for the height. Entering a positive value draws the height along the positive Z axis of the current UCS. Entering a negative value draws the height along the negative Z axis.

To learn how to draw 3d box using Box command, follow the below mentioned steps. 1. Now, click on the Box command in Modeling panel under Home tab.

You can also activate Box command by entering BOX at the command line. Another method to select the Box command is also available. You can select the Box command from Menu Bar > Draw > Modeling > Box. You can also find Box command in Modeling toolbar of the AutoCAD classic workspace.
