CADIN360.COM LEARNING TUTORIALS Let’s learn how to use a Gradient command. In AutoCAD Gradient command is used to fills an enclosed area or selected objects with a gradient fill. A gradient hatch pattern is a solid hatch fill that makes a smooth transition from a lighter shade to a darker shade. A gradient fill creates a transition between shades of one color or between two colors. To learn, how to use Gradient command follow below mentioned steps 1. Now, click on the Arrow head button.

You can also activate Gradient command by entering GRADIENT or GD at the Command line. Another method to select the Gradient command is also available. You can select the Gradient command from Menu Bar > Draw > Gradient. You can also find Gradient command in Draw toolbar of the AutoCAD classic workspace.

8. Next, click on the Gradient Color 1. It specifies the first of two gradient colors.

10. Similarly, click on the Gradient Color 2. It specifies the second of two gradient colors.
