This by far was the best experience for me and my 1st born. We had sooooo much fun. Our photographer Vincente was fabulous. He took his time and got the perfect shot from every pose. The made my son feel like a top model. Man and don't get me started on all the different background selections. I loooooooved every part of and oh and my son did too. Can not wait to see the finished product. Thank you CADY photography. Five stars aren't enough!

From the time we walked through the door until the time we left everyone there was super friendly, extremely patient and professional. The power even went out and they did everything that they could possibly do to give the best customer service to keep everyone comfortable. Matthew G was amazing. He has the most patience I have ever met for a teenage girl when she is not extremely happy about the way her pictures are turning out. He helped her stay calm and cool, and he is just amazing...

Davis and Dimitri did a wonderful job making our daughter feel comfortable during her session on 6/11/23. They had wonderful ideas and took beautiful photos! We had fun and are very pleased with their work!

Nate was my daughter's photographer at CADY Studios. He was amazing, very patient the entire time. I liked that he made it all about my daughter. She was the star! I can't wait to see the portraits. Thank you Nate! Steele also helped with the color guard pictures... Great time!

Letter from the Leaders
In life there will be good times and bad times - it's not if, but when. I love the concept of challenging the team to understand it's how you react in these times that matters most. Give recognition in the good times. Praise each other, and be thankful that everything is going good! It's easy to take the good times for granted and never think about how good we have it, while in those good times.
Instead reflect and be thankful that today is a new day and that's the beauty of it all. Leave yesterday in the past and start fresh today. For example do the happy dance when you get a collection or a USB or when we have all 5 star reviews. Just as much energy as we would put into the "how could we do better" conversation when we don't have high sales or when we do get negative reviews, should be put into recognizing that we accomplished something great when we have successes!
In the bad times, lift each other up. It can be something small like a smile or compliment or something bigger like taking action to relieve the team members of something that may be stressing them (if possible). If you are handling an escalation or set of circumstances that may be unsavory - keep a level head and positive attitude no matter what. Follow through with the client and don't leave them until the issue has been resolved. If a team member is having a bad day, if they are willing to open up, take a few moments to explore why their day is going bad and ask how you could help by offering solutions. If they are overwhelmed with back to back checkouts, offer to take the next one off their hands. If they are overwhelmed with client volume, offer to run the floor while they do admin.
It is very important to reflect no matter the circumstances. This also ties into the concept of choices. I challenge the team to think of every situation and the decision they are making. If you are negative in a negative situation, it most definitely will not make that situation any better.
Think about responses to your coworkers when they greet you in the morning. When asked "how are you today?" and responding "I'm here," add a few words in front of that statement "I am happy to be here!" That's much better and now you have spread positivity and not negativity. Choose to rise above the odds and be your best self, no matter what may come throughout the day.
