WORKSHOP - NIKE’S “THE 10” By Virgil Abloh Experiments In Expression Air Force 1

To be selected for this Workshop I had to submit 3 images: one had to mean Remixed, one Reconstructed and the last one Icons. For the first theme I Photoshopped Kanye West’s face onto a Mozart portrait; for reconstructed I decided to create a photomontage overlapping pictures of the temple of Baal in Palmira before and after the bombing (thet event occurred not long before the workshop) and fot Icons i Photoshopped the face of an historical Icon: the Mona Lisa, of a vintage Icon: Marilyn Monroe and of a nowdays Icon Beyonce on the heads of the most iconic doll: Barbie.
