He hopes the event will attract the likes of PBR riders such as Lachlan Richardson to the arena, with Tristan inspired by his efforts in the recent Mt Isa Show PBR ride.

“He is pretty bloody cool, I was watching his ride on In- stagram so if he came up that would be awesome,” he said.

This year $6000 will be awarded to the open bull rider, saddle bronc, bareback and steer wrestling champions.
