About the Mini Session
Location & Dates
-October 8-Urban 1111 Godfrey St SW l Grand Rapids, Mi l 49505 Park on the street and my assistant will meet you at the big red door with the black staircase
-October 15-Apple Orchard 1660 8 Mile Rd NW l Comstock Park, MI l 49321 There will be sign in the driveway directing you to the orchard location. You will be driving your vehicle to the location. My assistant will direct you where to park.
-October 22-Country 1939 Lincoln Ave l Marne, MI l 49435 Pull in the drive way furthest from house and park. My assistant will direct you where to go
-If you get lost on the way to your session, call my cell phone and my assistant for the day will help you with directions. 616.617.7253
About the Mini Session Session
-Please arrive to your session 10 minutes early. My assistant will greet you, give you some paperwork to fill out, and make sure everyone is ready to go.
-In order to keep it fair for the next group after you, each session is strictly limited to 30 minutes and I will have a 5 minute warning so we know when to wrap up.
-I will have multiple “stations� set up at each session for us to move through quickly and provide you with variety -No outfit changes will be allowed due to the session time and no availability of a rest room
About the Mini Session
Image Gallery & Orders
-Two weeks and one day (Sunday evening) after your session you will be emailed a password for your online gallery. Online galleries will contain 15 custom edited images.
-You will have one week to turn in your order form via e-mail. Prints are available to order through the special mini session packages or a la carte.
-The e-mail with your password will include an order form spreadsheet. There will be a tab for each package. The e-mail will also contain a Christmas card worksheet if you plan to order cards through us.
-Accepted payments are Visa, Master Card, Discover, or Paypal
-Items ordered can either be picked up from my home or studio or you can pay a shipping charge to have them sent directly to your home. Orders will be ready two weeks after you place your order. You will be notified via e-mail when your order arrives and we can arrange a pick-up time, if applicable

About the Mini Session
Christmas Cards
-Christmas cards are 5 x 7, double sided and come in packs of twenty-five
-They are printed on linen paper and include envelopes
-Cards are delivered directly to your home with two weeks of paying for your order.
-Tip! Create address labels ahead of time so you can quickly peel and stick when your order arrives.
-Card designs will be available to view at the session, you will also be provided a password to view the cards online -An easy to use worksheet is provided to select the best card, images, and wording for your cards.
About the Mini Session
Wall Galleries
-The best way to show of your beautiful family is with a wall gallery of your images.
-There are many options for your prints. Images can be framed, canvas gallery wrap, float wraps, or as a stand-out mount.
-A password to a wall gallery display will be provided with your personal gallery.
-We can work closely with you to help you select the best wall gallery configuration and type for your space & budget.

What 2 Wear
-Think layers! Patterns, layers, and texture add visual interest to your photos.
-Be comfortable with what you choose, but push the envelope a little.
-Pick colors from a palette instead of matching. See the next page for some fall color palettes.
